To avoid delays, we recommend using our templates to set up your print-ready artwork files.
Please note, the cutoff time for production is 9:00 a.m. MST
Artwork File Requirements:
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Bleeds: 0.125″ Total
- Safe Zone: 0.125″ From Trim Line
- File Types: PDF, EPS, JPG, TIFF
- Foil Mask File: (C-0 / M-0 / Y-0 / K-100)
- Spot UV Mask File: (C-0 / M-0 / Y-0 / K-100)
Additional Notes:
- Flatten all layers and convert text to outlines.
- Do not include crop marks or printer marks in your file.
- Do not scale your file; it should be the actual size.
- Avoid borders as there could be shifting during cutting.
Some Tips:
- Check to make sure the text is legible.
- Check to make sure your file is not blurry.
- Check your spelling and punctuation.
- For a darker black, use "Rich Black" (C-60 / M-40 / Y-40 / K-100)
