Gloss AQ is an abbreviation for Gloss Aqueous, which is a clear water-based coating that is much thinner than UV coating. It provides a medium gloss that helps reduce fingerprints and scuff marks.

Production Time: Is how long we estimate it will take to produce your product.

Production time for your project begins once your order has been placed, paid for, and print-ready files have been approved by us for printing. The cutoff time determines when the production time countdown begins. Custom graphic design, errors, special requests, or other variables will add additional production time.

Cutoff Time: Is the time we stop accepting projects for that day's production.

Cutoff time for Standard Production is 11:00 AM EST. (4 Business Days)

This means if your project is approved before 11:00 AM EST production time begins counting from that day. If your project is approved after 11:00 AM EST production time will start the following business day.

Cutoff time for Rush Production is 8:00 AM EST. (Next Business Day)

This means if your project is approved before 8:00 AM EST production time begins counting from that day. If your project is approved after 8:00 AM EST production time will start the following business day.

Please allow up to 1 business hour for us to review and approve your project.

 Please note. Our offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. This means that these days are not considered when calculating production time.

 Please note. Production time does not include shipping time. This means that you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you select.

Production time completion day ends at 11:59 PM PST. This means that although we make every effort to complete a project and have it picked up by the shipping carrier on or before the last production day, in certain situations the project may be finished and packed for shipping after our last shipping carrier pickup. This means that although the project has been completed and packaged, it will not be picked up by the shipping carried until the following day.
